Case Study - Broadland Business Park, Norwich

This four storey office block was built to house a call centre. Rather than constructing a high rise building, it was decided to make each floor area larger with each floor being split into four sections by the use of eye-catching bright colours. There are areas for relaxation in the centre of some floors with vending machines and seating, and a canteen style area with balcony has been provided for staff to eat lunch. One of the main features of the building is the intelligent lighting system which reacts to light entering the building through the large windows; the lighting system automatically adjusts and the natural lighting changes.
